6WIND is seeking a talented, highly motivated, Inside Sales Representative to strengthen its sales team in the Americas for its Networking Software Solutions. You will work closely as part of our top-performing sales team to close business, generate demand for our solutions whilst also qualifying leads from our marketing team.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • This is a dual role for Business-to-Business sales and sales prospecting
  • Close revenue by prospecting your own territory consisting of enterprise accounts
  • Generate appointments through qualifying marketing leads from trade shows, events, campaigns and other activities/sources for service provider accounts
  • Cold connect with new prospects using a combination of phone, social media and email
  • Understand and effectively communicate business and technical challenges to determine if and how prospects can benefit from the 6WIND solution
  • Gather sales intelligence around customers’ situation, needs and decision process
  • Maintain forecast, lead/prospect information and notes in Salesforce.
  • Help to execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic to online and in-person events
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Sales & Marketing Management on ways to improve the process and increase results
  • Evangelize the 6WIND vision through customer meetings and in-market events
  • Attend regular regional meetings and update team on progress of activities

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Have minimum 1-2 years of experience with selling router solutions (VPN / Border Router), networking equipment or servers to Service Providers or Enterprise customers – 6WIND will provide additional training
  • Have experience using Salesforce
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree, at a minimum
  • Have a high level of commitment to relationship building
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, bilingual English/Spanish will be a plus
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and be self-motivated
  • The ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the prospect organizations via phone, social and email
  • Driven, upbeat, tenacious team player
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
