With over 15 years at 6WIND, Guillaume has been a key part of the R&D and Support teams, building deep technical expertise and a strong customer-focused approach. Today, he leads Customer Success, overseeing both the Customer Success and Pre-Sales teams to ensure customers achieve maximum value from their 6WIND solutions. He works directly with customers to define the best architecture and solutions for their projects, while collaborating closely with Sales, R&D, Product Management, and Support to deliver successful outcomes and long-term partnerships.
