6WIND extends its Layer 2 Fast Path offering for Multi-Core architectures

6WINDGate™ SDS Software Suite provides a complete networking solution for Multi-Core architectures. Beside IP forwarding and IPsec Fast Path modules, 6WINDGate™ SDS version v2.12 to be available Q2-2007 will provide some valuable extensions for Layer 2 Fast Path including VLAN, bridging & GRE to benefit from Multi-Core processing capabilities.
