This is a multifaceted partnership that will cover the following strategic and tactical areas: Integration of 6WINDGate™ software suites on the Interphase packet accelerator cards and joint development of three extensions to the 6WINDGate™ software suites: SIP, SIP to RTP, and GTP-U modules.

The large set of new features of 6WINDGate™ 2.15 version provides the market-leading networking software for Multi-Core based architectures.

6WINDGate™ Fast Path now includes:

• Fast Path - IPv6 Module supports Virtual Routing and IPv4 to IPv6 migration protocols, including 6to4, 6in6, 6in4 and 4in6.
• Fast Path - QoS Module provides egress queuing using optimized Cavium Octeon hardware queues and per-queues RED support using Cavium Octeon FAU registers.
• Fast Path - Multi Instance Module for distributed architectures extends Fast Path support on dual Multi-Core configurations using SPI4 pass-through support.

6WINDGate™ Control Plane have been extended to support:

• OSPFv3 Graceful Restart to provide Non Stop Forwarding (NSF) with ATCA systems.
• Support of OCF crypto acceleration for IKE and userland applications such as SSL.

6WINDGate™ now supports both Wind River PNE LE 1.4 and the latest 2.0. to complete Wind River PNE LE with a high performance full-featured Fast Path.

In order to manage WiMax or LTE subscriber IDs and per flow IDs from any Fast Path modules, all 6WINDGate™ modules have been extended with the support of Ancillary Data along with packet buffers.
