6WINDGate™ ADS
2.11.0 now supports mono core CPU CN30xx family
from Cavium, including CN3010.
6WINDGate™ version
2.11.0 now integrates native support of Wi-Fi Atheros
Access Point. By integrating Wi-Fi support with the
rich feature set of 6WINDGate™ including 802.1x and
XML management, 6WIND delivers a customisable turnkey
solution for wireless equipment and gateways manufacturers.
To complete these
layer 2 wireless features, 6WINDGate™ also integrates
the support of FMIP (Fast Mobile IP - RFC 4068) to
optimise Mobile IP performances over wireless technologies
such as WiMax and Wi-Fi and NEMO (Network Mobility –
RFC 3963) to extend terminal mobility management to mobile
networks. Thanks to this new version, 6WINDGate™
now provides a complete L2-L3 mobility solution that has
been chosen by major players such as Korea Telecom, Samsung
Electronics or KDDI.
