Yann Rapaport

Yann Rapaport, Customer Support and Service Manager

Yann Rapaport joined 6WIND in 2001 as a QA engineer. He then managed 6WIND’s first offshore development team in Asia, before joining the Customer Support and Services team as a Support Engineer. In 2008, Yann moved to Mountain View, California, where he supervised the deployment of 6WIND’s office while providing local technical support to US customers and 6WIND’s sales team. In 2009, Yann was promoted to Customer Support and Service Manager.

Yann graduated from ENSIMAG (top French engineering school specialized in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics) where he received his Master of Science degree in Computer Science, with a major in Systems and Networking.
